Director's Report
Glen Steyn
Another year has gone by. There is no doubt about it. Every day we see new changes within ourselves and in our community or the communities that we live or find ourselves in.
For us at Conquest For Life things have really changed. We have found ourselves in a situation where it is important for us to make a difference now and leave a legacy for our children and family to follow. We have seen our programs going from strength to strength, continuing evaluating the way we do things and are we relevant to our clients?
What has been the real impact of our programs? I hope that this report will give you the sense of the impact this organization had on the young people, parents and the communities as a whole. You will see that there is an increase in the amount of programs we running, the amount of young people we reaching, the amount of communities we reaching, and the amount of staff involve in running these projects.
We have been asked several times over and over what is our plans for the next three to four years and in this report we tried to high light our vision. The organization will have a strategic planning meeting soon to engage the young people in the way forward. The meeting will give direction to the organization especially now that we are expending.
I don’t have much to say because this report will do the talking but I want to thank every one for helping us build this organization to what it is today. From the early day’s up until today, we can all be proud of our achievements.
