From the beginning, volunteers have been crucial to our existence, and today they continue to play a vital role within the organisation. We frequently employ volunteers locally, nationally, and internationally from around the continent of Africa, and as far a field as Northern Ireland and USA.

Volunteering at Conquest For Life can be a fantastic experience. Living in a community is the best way to get to know it. Only by working with the people directly will you truly learn and grow to understand the challenges and problems they face.

By volunteering at Conquest For Life, you can bring you character and experience, and contribute to highly effective team of young people, working together to achieve a common goal.

We continue to need young people committed to making a change to the lives of people in a troubled and needy community. We are especially interested in minds with a fresh approach to tackling these problems. You need to be open minded and ready for a challenge - we will work you hard!

How long would I have to work for?

The longer you can work for the better - you contribute more to our community, and you learn the most; but it is really up to you. We have had volunteers for anything from one month to three years.

What would I do?

We want you to work were you want to work, and do what you want to do - this is where you will be most productive! It will also of course depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

How much will it cost me?

The deal is this - you get yourself to Johannesburg, and we will provide you with accommodation and transport when you are here.
